The Winterville Community Center is a bright, modernized yet historic building, perfect for almost any gathering. The rooms and spaces listed below are in our main building. If you require even more space, ask us about accommodating outdoor events or utilizing the Marigold Auditorium next door.

Room 101

5 hour rental: $125 + $100 refundable cleaning deposit

Large, Multi-Purpose Room
Our most popular room to rent. This large “party room” is connected to the catering kitchen.

Seating capacity with tables: 64
Theater-style: 100
Room Size: 35 ft x 20 ft

5 hour rental: $200 + $100 refundable cleaning deposit

Commercial Kitchen

Seating: Accommodates three, square 4 ft x 4 ft tables seating up to 12 people comfortably (or two rectangular tables may be used).

 

Amenities: 16 feet of counter space, refrigerator, freezer, two dishwashers, convection oven, microwave oven, ice machine, and service cart.

 

All appliances are included. Cookware, dishes, glasses, flatware, and other kitchen equipment are also available.

5 hour rental: $200  + $100 refundable cleaning deposit
